We’re excited to announce that SPIN Studio users can now publish videos to YouTube!
Export 360 Video to YouTube
With over a billion users, YouTube is an accessible and popular place to publish and watch content. We made it easy to export to YouTube because we’ve been listening to your feedback and know that SPIN Studio users want to share their 360° content with the world! This additional export option means that viewers can watch 360° videos both on the web and on their mobile devices. It also means that creators can track viewer engagement and build followings. By using YouTube analytics, VR creators can determine which of their videos are the most popular, figure out when viewers are most likely to watch content, and even find out how many minutes of their content is being watched. SPIN Studio makes it possible for VR creators to share their work on the world’s most popular video site and YouTube encourages fans to share their favorite videos with each other.
New Features in SPIN Studio
- Export equirectangular videos to YouTube (once you’ve uploaded your video, you can manage parameters such as privacy and category on Youtube)
- View your Storage and Steaming usage via your Account Dashboard
- Receive error messages when errors occur while exporting to Steam
- Access help articles from the Pixvana SPIN Uploader – you can also access FAQ and submit requests by visiting https://pixvana.zendesk.com
We’ll continue to roll out more export options for SPIN Studio users this summer. In the meantime, we’re excited that users can now easily publish their content to both YouTube and Steam, making SPIN Studio the natural choice for VR creators seeking a one-stop platform.
